    Compared with traditional manual lubrication methods, this automatic lubrication system can automatically deliver lubricant according to preset time intervals and lubrication volume, helping reduce lubricant waste and prevent machine wear.

    Embalaje

    Each automatic grease lubrication pump should be packed according to its model specification, control configuration, voltage requirement, and order quantity. The digital controller, pressure gauge, motor, transparent reservoir, filling cap, outlet fitting, and mounting base require proper protection against impact, vibration, and compression during transportation.
    Protective film, foam cushioning, inner cartons, and reinforced outer cartons can be used to prevent movement inside the package. For bulk orders or long-distance transportation, additional pallet or wooden case protection can be arranged according to the confirmed shipping requirements.
    Before packing, the pump model, reservoir capacity, control system, voltage specification, lubrication accessories, quantity, and external condition should be carefully inspected and confirmed.

    Almacenamiento

    Store the automatic lubrication pump indoors in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated environment. Keep the pump away from rain, high humidity, corrosive gases, metal dust, direct sunlight, and high-temperature sources.
    The pump should remain upright during storage. Avoid placing heavy objects on the controller, pressure gauge, filling cap, outlet connection, or transparent reservoir to prevent damage.

    Manejo

    Lift and move the automatic grease lubrication pump by supporting the main body or metal mounting base. Do not carry or lift the pump by the digital controller, pressure gauge, power cable, filling cap, outlet fitting, or transparent reservoir.
    Avoid dropping, overturning, collision, and strong vibration during handling. Special attention should be given to protecting the pressure gauge, control panel, electrical components, and lubrication outlet from damage.
    When handling multiple units, use suitable cartons, pallets, or lifting equipment according to the total package weight. Do not drag unpacked pumps directly on the ground.

    Transporte

    The automatic grease lubrication pump can be transported by international express, air freight, sea freight, or railway transportation. The final packaging method depends on order quantity, destination, transportation route, and whether the shipment includes additional centralized lubrication system components.
    During transportation, packages should remain upright and securely fixed. Heavy products should not be stacked directly above the controller, pressure gauge, or transparent reservoir area.

    It depends on speed, load, temperature and dust. Lubricate often when the machine runs long hours or in dusty conditions. An automatic lubrication pump delivers small doses at regular intervals, which is better than infrequent manual greasing.
    Should I use grease or oil to lubricate my CNC machine?
