The pump supplies lubrication oil through repeated manual handle operation without requiring a motor or electrical connection. Produkt-Einführung
The Y-8 is a hand crank lubrication pump used to supply clean lubrication oil to machine guideways, sliding assemblies, feed mechanisms, and other designated lubrication points. It is intended for applications where periodic manual lubrication is preferred over an electrically powered lubrication unit.
The operator moves the extended handle repeatedly to actuate the internal pumping structure. Oil is drawn from the 500 cc reservoir and delivered through the brass outlet fitting into the connected oil pipe. Depending on the selected configuration, the pump can be connected to a 4 mm or 6 mm lubrication line and supplied with a single or double outlet.
A long transparent observation window allows maintenance personnel to check the approximate oil level without opening the pump body. The integrated filtering component helps reduce the entry of oil contaminants into the connected lubrication circuit. A check-valve structure in the outlet assembly helps limit oil return after operation.
The die-cast aluminum body provides a rigid enclosure for oily workshop environments, while four mounting holes allow the unit to be secured to a machine side panel or worktable wall. These structural features make the Y-8 suitable for machine manufacturers, maintenance companies, industrial distributors, retrofit specialists, and end-user factories.

Packing
The Y-8 is prepared with protective wrapping, internal cushioning, and reinforced outer packaging according to the order quantity and transportation method. The handle, filling cap, brass fitting, and mounting sections should be protected against impact and compression.
Product model, configuration, quantity, and visible condition are checked before final packing. Consolidated packaging can be arranged when the pump is shipped with other CNC machine components.
Storage
Store the pump in a clean, dry, and ventilated location. Keep it away from rain, corrosive gases, heavy dust, and excessive humidity.
The original packaging should remain in place before installation whenever possible. Avoid placing heavy products directly on the handle, oil-level window, filling cap, or outlet fitting.
Handling
Handle the pump carefully and avoid dropping or collision. Do not carry the unit only by the brass fitting or filling cap.
Protect the mounting holes, outlet connection, handle, and aluminum body from deformation during warehouse handling and order consolidation.
Transportation
Packaging can be prepared for international express, air freight, sea freight, or rail transportation. The final packing method depends on the quantity, destination, shipment method, and whether the order contains other products.
