What is the minimum order quantity, and can I order samples?
The minimum order quantity is 1 piece, and sample orders are welcome. You can test fit and quality on your own machine before placing a larger order.
What information do you need to give me a quotation, and how fast will you reply?
Send us the specific requirement parameters, the specifications or model you need, and your application scenario. We reply within 8 hours.
How long does delivery take, and which shipping methods do you support?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days after payment, depending on the model and your requirements. We ship by DHL and other express services, and by sea freight for larger shipments.
What warranty do you offer, and how are quality problems handled?
We provide a 3-year warranty. If a quality problem occurs, we supply replacement spare parts.
Can you provide inspection reports and factory inspection videos?
Yes. We can provide a machinery test report and an outgoing-inspection video for your products, so you can verify the quality before shipment.
Do you support OEM and customization?
Yes. We support OEM and customization, including length, hole positions and branding. Send us your drawing or requirements and we will quote.
