Our Foreign Trade Department is pleased to announce a major achievement. After coordinated efforts across multiple teams, the 12th batch of orders for our Middle Eastern customer has completed production, quality inspection, and customs clearance – and has been successfully shipped in bulk via both sea and air freight. This successful delivery once again demonstrates our company’s significant improvements in global supply chain management, production scheduling, and export service capabilities.

Despite recent external challenges such as volatility in the international shipping market and tight container space availability, the Foreign Trade Department proactively activated contingency plans. Led by the department head, a special task force was formed in collaboration with production, logistics, documentation, and customs clearance teams. The team implemented end-to-end dynamic tracking – from order scheduling and raw material receiving all the way to finished product outbound. By securing shipping space early, optimizing container loading plans, and pre-reviewing customs documents, we shortened the normal delivery cycle by 20 days and achieved our goal of “zero delay, zero error.”

 

This shipment includes linear guide rail blocks, stepper motor kits, spindle motor kits, and other CNC machine tool accessories, with a total value of US$30,000. All products were custom-manufactured in strict compliance with the customer’s local technical standards and environmental requirements, and passed random inspections by a third-party testing agency. Just before shipment, our foreign trade representatives also gave the customer a real-time online walkthrough of the entire packing, container loading, and sealing process. This transparent service earned multiple compliments from the overseas customer.
