The 2L electric grease lubrication pump is designed to supply measured grease from a centralized reservoir to designated lubrication points through connected pipes, distributors, and metering components. It replaces repeated manual grease application in compatible systems and supports more organized lubrication of guideways, bearings, sliding assemblies, transmission components, and other machine parts.
A 90 W motor drives the internal gear-type pumping mechanism. Grease is drawn from the transparent 2 L reservoir and discharged into the connected lubrication circuit. Paketleme
Each 2L electric grease lubrication pump should be packed according to its control version, electrical configuration, and order quantity. The control panel, pressure gauge, motor, transparent reservoir, filling cap, outlet fitting, and mounting base require separate protection against impact and compression.
Protective film, foam cushioning, inner cartons, and reinforced outer cartons may be used to prevent movement inside the package. For bulk orders or long-distance sea transportation, additional pallet or wooden-case protection can be arranged according to the confirmed shipping requirements.
Before packing, the product model, reservoir capacity, automatic or semi-automatic configuration, display type, voltage specification, quantity, and supplied accessories should be checked.
Depolama
Store the pump indoors in a dry, clean, and ventilated area. Keep it away from rain, high humidity, corrosive gases, metal dust, direct sunlight, and heat sources.

Kullanım
Lift and move the pump by supporting its metal mounting base or main body. Do not carry it by the pressure gauge, electrical cable, control panel, filling cap, outlet fitting, or transparent reservoir.
Avoid dropping, overturning, collision, and strong vibration. Special care should be taken to prevent damage to the pressure gauge and deformation of the outlet connection.
When handling multiple units, use suitable cartons, pallets, or lifting equipment according to the total package weight. Do not drag unpacked pumps across the floor.

The pump can be prepared for international express, air freight, sea freight, or rail transportation. The final packaging method depends on the order quantity, destination, transport route, and whether the shipment includes other lubrication-system components.
Packages should remain upright and securely fixed during transportation. Heavy products should not be stacked directly above the controller, gauge, or reservoir area.
