The flanged linear bearing series is designed to provide smooth, low-friction linear travel on cylindrical shafts while allowing the bearing to be mounted directly to a machine plate or moving structure. The range includes LMF round-flange, LMK square-flange and LMH cut-flange configurations, with standard-body and extended-body options.
Rolling balls contact the shaft surface and move with relatively low resistance, supporting sensitive and stable linear movement across CNC equipment, automation modules, packaging machinery, printing systems and general reciprocating mechanisms. Buyers can select the flange shape, shaft diameter, body length and mounting arrangement according to the available installation space.

LMF, LMK and LMH flanged linear bearings combine a cylindrical linear bushing body with an integrated mounting flange. The flange allows the bearing to be secured directly to a machine plate, carriage or structural panel without requiring a separate external bearing housing.
During operation, load-bearing balls roll along the surface of a compatible cylindrical shaft. The point-contact rolling structure helps reduce sliding resistance and allows the supported component to move along a controlled linear path. Compared with plain sliding bushings, the rolling-ball design requires less driving force in compatible applications and supports smoother response during starting, stopping and speed changes.
Three flange geometries are available for different mounting layouts:
LMF Series: round flange
LMK Series: square flange
LMH Series: cut or reduced-width flange
Each flange family is available in a standard-body version and an extended-body version. The longer configuration provides additional bearing-body length where the machine layout requires a longer mounting section or guidance surface.
The series is intended for equipment manufacturers, automation integrators, CNC parts distributors, machine repair companies and industrial users sourcing a compact round-shaft linear-motion solution. Final selection depends on the shaft diameter, flange shape, installation dimensions, load requirement, operating speed, shaft quality and environmental conditions.

Low-Friction Rolling Motion
The internal rolling balls contact the cylindrical shaft and move with lower resistance than a conventional sliding-contact bushing in compatible applications. This helps reduce the force required to move the supported machine component.
Smooth and Sensitive Linear Travel
The rolling-contact structure supports responsive movement during starting, stopping and changes in travel speed. Correct shaft matching, alignment and lubrication remain essential to overall motion quality.
Integrated Flange Mounting
The flange forms part of the bearing assembly and allows direct attachment to a machine plate or moving carriage. This can simplify the mounting structure compared with a separate bearing and external housing arrangement.

Packing
Each flanged linear bearing should be cleaned, identified and protected before packing. The bearing bore, flange face, mounting holes and visible sealing components require protection from impact, contamination and moisture.
Individual protective bags or sleeves, anti-rust protection where required, internal cushioning and separate inner boxes may be used. Mixed models should be labelled clearly to prevent LMF, LMK, LMH, standard-body and extended-body versions from being confused during order handling.
Reinforced outer cartons are suitable for regular shipments. Larger mixed orders may use pallet or wooden-case protection according to the confirmed quantity and transportation method.
Storage
Store the bearings indoors in a dry, clean and ventilated area. Keep them away from rain, condensation, corrosive gases, heavy dust and direct contact with unprotected floors.
Retain the original protective packaging until installation. Do not leave the bearing bore or sealing area exposed during long-term storage.
Avoid excessive stacking that could deform cartons or apply direct pressure to the flange and cylindrical body.
Handling
Handle each bearing by supporting the outer body or flange. Do not insert sharp tools into the bore or pull the product by the visible sealing components.
Avoid dropping, collision and contact with abrasive surfaces. Protect the flange face, mounting holes and bearing bore from dents, burrs and contamination.
When transporting mixed models internally, keep each item in its labelled packaging to avoid incorrect selection during assembly.
Transportation
The products can be prepared for international express, air freight, sea freight or rail transportation. Packaging is selected according to model size, order quantity, shipment route and whether matching shafts or other components are included.
Before shipment, the model, shaft diameter, flange type, body length, quantity, visible condition and packaging status should be checked.
Exact carton dimensions, gross weight and quantity per carton are available after the final model list is confirmed.
